Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, here’s how you can return it: 

When Can You Return Items? 

You’ve got 14 days from the day you bought it to send something back for a full refund, as long as: 

  • The seal has not been broken or the packaging has not been opened. 

  • The product is not damaged. 

  • The clothes still have their tags on. 

  • It’s not past its best-before date. 

Some Things You Can’t Return 

  • Anything that’s out of date. 

  • Opened items or products with broken seals. 

  • Clothes that don’t have their original tags. 

  • Items purchased on final sale and/or with a gift card. 

Start Your Return (this process depends on shipping service) 

  • Get Your Return Label and Form: We will review your return request. Once approved, we’ll email you all the details and a form. Fill it out and pop it in the package with your item. 

  • Pack It Up: Make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Write your order number clearly on the package. 

  • Drop It Off: Take it to --------- 

  • Grab a Receipt: Get a receipt when you drop off your parcel and keep it handy, just in case. 

Exemptions from Return Fees 

If your return is due to an error on our part (like a damaged item, incorrect product, or something past its expiry date), you won’t pay a penny to send it back. 

Swap Policy

We do not offer direct swaps, but you can return your purchase for a refund and order something else. 

Refund Process

We’ll take care of your return within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of receiving it. Once everything’s checked, we’ll process your refund and let you know it's done. You should see the refund in your bank account within about 5 working days after that.
